- Stays up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommends improvements to existing systems.

- Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics, with the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.

- Three years of experience in system or application programming, required.
- Experience in hospital information systems, preferred.
