IT Security Analyst; W2

The Client is seeking a motivated IT Security Analyst – Junior to support implementation and ongoing management of identity and access management (IAM) systems, including SPHERE board and Cyber Ark PAM. This role involves automating processes, supporting security operations, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure secure and efficient service delivery.

• 2–3 years of experience in security services, analysis, deployment, or support.
• Knowledge of IT security tools, components, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with IAM/PAM tools such as SPHERE board (priority), Cyber Ark, SailPoint, Ping Federate, or Ping One.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.

• Implement and provide ongoing support for SPHERE board and Cyber Ark PAM systems.
• Work closely with IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, IT Support Services, project managers, business units, and Service Providers to support operations processes related to identity and security services.
• Drive resolution of security operational issues, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on Service Provider operations under direction of the Cybersecurity Manager.
• Resolve or escalate identity access/security issues in a timely manner.
• Track and monitor IAM/security projects to ensure alignment with business needs, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Facilitate audits of processes related to Security Services and maintain up-to-date procedural documentation.
• Maintain understanding of Service Providers’ security operations and service delivery capabilities.
• Participate in investigations of security breaches, incidents, or outbreaks in alignment with Client IT Management and Security Service Providers.
