We are seeking a highly skilled Service Now Solution Architect with hands-on developer experience to lead end-to-end technical solutions. In this role, you will translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures, ensuring platform integrity and compliance. You will define integration strategies, data models, security protocols, and best practices while providing technical oversight to development teams. Participate actively in solution design, oversee system development, and ensure platform health.

Your responsibilities include implementing complex business logic, customizing applications, reviewing code, and optimizing system performance. As a key technical escalation point, you will collaborate with client and external teams to develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems, including designing APIs, handling data transformation, and troubleshooting issues.

Required Skills/Education:

  • Proven experience with Service Now platform architecture and development (SNOW architect with hands-on developer skills)
  • Strong expertise in designing and building integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server
  • Experience with core Service Now modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and CSM
  • Skilled in developing workflows, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs
  • Ability to review and optimize code, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-risk or ambiguous technical challenges
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and clients
