• Lead the strategy, architecture, and design of enterprise load balancing and application delivery solutions across data centers, edge locations, and cloud environments.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code principles to enhance platform efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure load balancing capabilities support business continuity, security, and performance objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate capacity, performance, and resiliency risks within load balancing environments.
• Lead security and compliance initiatives related to application delivery platforms, including TLS policies and WAF integrations.

• At least 4 years of Network Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• 5+ years of experience developing automation for network or application delivery platforms using Python and Ansible.
• Hands‑on experience with load balancing and application delivery technologies (Layer 4/7).
• Strong understanding of network data, data modeling, and data sources to ensure automation reliability.
• Experience managing network and application delivery data using systems like Service Now or Nautobot is a plus.
