IT Consultant, IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Apply industry expertise working directly with clients to bring strategic thinking to their challenges in digital, commerce, and sales.
- Understand client needs, develop new strategies, and deliver high‑impact solutions that deliver value to clients.
- Provide thought leadership on trends in digital transformation, customer commercial operations, and Utilities sectors.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage project delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation of digital strategies and solutions that meet client expectations for timeline, budget, and quality.
- Lead value analysis to generate insights and identify value‑creation opportunities for clients and Accenture across digital capability areas.
- Partner with clients to make bold decisions on priority C‑Suite issues.
- Grow expertise and coach junior team members to help Accenture maintain its thought‑leadership position.
- Support profitability of client engagements, and identify opportunities for extension, cross‑sell or up‑sell.
- Lead multiple work streams and engage most senior clients day‑to‑day as the face of delivery programs.
- 10+ years of experience in the utilities space, including a robust understanding of the utilities customer space, market trends and challenges.
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or an equivalent role.
- 4+ years of experience leading multi‑discipline teams.
- Bonus:
Experience in Utilities or related industries. - MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
- Delivered and sold large, multidimensional advisory programs in the Utilities industry.
- Strong understanding of customer sales‑enablement platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of customer back‑office processes and platforms like Oracle and SAP.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with at least 2 years of experience driving insights using analytical tools.
- Good organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills, including experience working on multiple products or deals at the same time.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
