As a Lead Dev Ops Engineer, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting cloud‑native platform development and deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for automation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Columbus, OH
What's the Job?- Design, build, and operate scalable, cloud‑native platforms supporting secure application delivery
- Automate microservices deployments across Kubernetes and Open Shift environments, achieving high levels of automation and reliability
- Implement Git Ops workflows using declarative configurations to ensure consistency and auditability
- Enable cloud platform delivery across Azure and GCP, aligning infrastructure, deployment, and security controls through code
- Embed Dev Sec Ops practices, observability, and pipeline instrumentation to improve operational visibility and troubleshooting
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on Dev Ops and platform engineering
- Hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes, Open Shift, and cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages like Python, with experience in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops , security practices, and observability tools
- Excellent collaboration skills and a proactive approach to developer enablement and continuous delivery
