ServiceNow Business Process Manager

The Work

• A Service Now Business Process Manager with accountability for delivering Industry Best Practice guidance and collaborating with customers to achieve business outcomes using Service Now.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, problem‑solving, and creative thinking skills with the ability to understand and respond to customer and business needs in a rapidly changing environment.
• Deep understanding of the customer's business and the system, features, and functionality to identify and document all required changes and adjustments to enable business operation for users and processes interacting with the system.
• Lead all process and design workshops for the project and act as a trusted advisor with the customer throughout the engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer‑focused approach, and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.

Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience working in the Service Now platform.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition, process improvement, and re‑engineering.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience developing requirement documentation, project artifacts, process documents, and creating user stories.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience identifying how to meet business requirements using Service Now.
• Bachelor’s degree (in Business or IT related field preferred) or equivalent with minimum 12 years of work experience (or associate’s degree with minimum 6 years of work experience).

• ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader Certification.
• Agile Scrum Product Owner Certification.
• Service Now CSA (Certified System Administrator) and any additional Service Now certifications.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation and facilitation skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint).
• Extensive experience in process management competencies.
• Agile Scrum Master certification.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems with options analysis, risk and impact assessment.
