The Senior AI Engineer will lead the design, implementation, and deployment of advanced AI systems, delivering transformative solutions across Net Jets’ portfolio of leading companies.

• AI Solution Development:
  Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions.
• End‑to‑End Delivery:
  Own the full lifecycle of AI projects—from data ingestion through model training to deployment and monitoring in production environments.
• Scalable Architecture:
  Build robust, scalable, and secure AI systems using cloud‑native technologies and modern MLOps practices.
• Innovation & Experimentation:
  Rapidly prototype new ideas, evaluate emerging technologies, and translate them into practical applications.
• Cross‑Functional
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business leaders, data engineers, and analysts to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
• Performance & Compliance:
  Ensure models meet performance, fairness, and ethical standards while adhering to data governance policies.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
• Experience:
  
  4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Expert-level proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face); strong experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud & MLOps:
  Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD for ML.
