UX​/UI Designer: Level 2

UX/UI Designer Level 2 Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile educational solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into intuitive design concepts.
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Present and articulate design strategies and solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
• Foster awareness of user-centered design practices across the organization and support Agile development processes.

UX/UI Designer Level 2 Qualifications:

• Portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work with demonstrated process and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, UX design, or related fields.
• Knowledge of usability principles, interface trends, and responsive design techniques.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and designing inclusively.
• Experience working within Agile teams and understanding target user needs.
