Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Columbus, OH that is seeking a Content Project Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of customer experience resources that help instructors, students, and internal teams succeed. The Content Project Manager will join the Customer Experience Marketing team to transform complex content into clear, practical onboarding resources, training materials, and how-to guides—all aligned to our Support At Every Step strategy.
They will also help manage Customer Experience survey feedback, ensuring insights are routed to the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
- Manage the creation, production, and upkeep of customer-facing and internal support content
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly materials
- Keep our content library organized and up to date
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams
- Monitor Customer Experience survey feedback and route insights to the appropriate teams to support timely, thoughtful follow-up
- Proven experience in technical writing or content management (edTech/SaaS a plus)
- Strong ownership of documentation processes
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Comfort with fast-paced, collaborative work
- Tools:
Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, Share Point - Bonus: LMS platform experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
