Converts to full-time salary of $100K-110K
We are seeking a Network Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise environment focused on modernizing and maintaining multi-site network infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands‑on engineering work, enjoys solving complex network challenges, and can support both project-based initiatives and day-to-day operations.
You’ll play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and supporting network solutions across multiple locations, including participating in technology refresh initiatives and infrastructure improvements.
What You’ll Be Solving- Migrating and optimizing enterprise network environments across multiple sites
- Supporting network reliability and performance across complex LAN/WAN environments
- Driving technology refresh efforts and ensuring successful site deployments
- Enhancing network visibility, security, and overall infrastructure stability
- Troubleshooting critical issues and implementing long-term solutions
- Aruba Central provisioning and management
- HP switching
- Meraki SD-WAN
- Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP)
- LAN / WAN architecture and support
- Aruba wireless technologies
- Multi-site enterprise network environments
- Configure, deploy, and support network infrastructure across enterprise environments
- Execute network implementations and technology refresh projects across multiple sites
- Monitor and maintain network performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network incidents across distributed environments
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver network solutions on time
- Document configurations, processes, and deployment steps
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering within enterprise environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with routing, switching, and network troubleshooting
- Proven ability to support and scale networks across multiple sites
- Experience working both independently and collaboratively on high-impact initiatives
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Primarily onsite in the Columbus area with flexibility depending on project work
- Monthly out-of-state travel required to support site initiatives and deployments
