Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the lead in monitoring and actively managing VTC calls for senior leaders as part of a white-glove service.
* Provide both active and passive monitoring of scheduled SIPR and NIPR VTC calls under the supervision of the lead.
* Provide standard VTC maintenance
* Provide technical support for VTC update software installation and configuration issues and provide resolution The ideal candidate will possess the following:
* 3 years of similar experience
