Technical Project Manager:
Level 3 Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
- Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in navigating ambiguous environments and defining structure.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
