We are looking for an IT Product Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Our client is seeking an IT Product Analyst to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise technology solutions. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear product requirements, support system integrations, and ensure successful implementations.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT/product teams to define and document requirements
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to support product and technology initiatives
• Support enterprise system integrations and large‑scale implementation efforts
• Prepare and deliver clear presentations, status updates, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and business partners throughout the product lifecycle
• Assist with roadmap planning, backlog refinement, and prioritization activities
• Ensure requirements are clearly documented, validated, and aligned with business objectives
• Support user acceptance testing, change management, and post‑implementation activities

• 5+ years of Product Analysis or Business Analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience presenting to stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise integrations or implementations
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional team environments
• Experience working in IT or technology‑driven organizations
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Columbus, Ohio (3 days onsite)
