• Perform hands‑on configuration and support for SAP IS-U Billing and Rates.
• Configure and maintain rate categories and rate determination.
• Configure operands and schemas.
• Maintain billing master data.
• Manage billing variants and invoicing processes.
• Support complex billing scenarios and tariff changes.
• Analyze and resolve billing exceptions, invoicing issues, and rate‑related defects.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements, interfaces, and defect resolution.

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP IS‑U consultants and analysts.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Support knowledge transfer and capability development within the team.

• Collaborate with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Conduct workshops and provide functional recommendations aligned with utility business processes.
• Communicate status updates, risks, and dependencies effectively.

• Support SIT, UAT, go‑live, and Hyper Care activities.
• Participate in production support and incident management.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and delivery standards.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement.

• Minimum of 5 years experience supporting the Utilities Industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in SAP IS‑U Billing and Rates Configuration including but not limited to:
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP IS‑U Billing, invoicing and rate configuration.
• Experience with operand configuration, schema setup, rate determination, and billing master data.
