Responsibilities- Mentor, lead, and guide a small team of information technology specialists
- Administrate and support VMware Enterprise
- Lead information security issues with network, telephone, and data communication systems
- Plan, design, install, and troubleshoot network infrastructure and security
- Administer hardware and software upgrades for servers and databases
- Manage backups and upgrades
- Partner with all levels of personnel within the company and customers
- A couple years of leadership experience is helpful
- Proven success with networks, servers, and infrastructure
- Experience with VMware, security, backups, VPN, etc.
- Positive personality and great communication skills
