The Cloud Advisory Practice is focused on collaborating with organizations to define, plan, and implement innovative AI and cloud strategies that deliver real business value. Our team of experts works closely with clients to design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud environments. We provide guidance in critical areas such as AI infrastructure, cloud security, Fin Ops, and cloud-native development methods. By aligning AI and cloud initiatives with business goals, we enable organizations to harness the full potential of cloud innovation while navigating industry-specific challenges and regulations.

As a Cloud Product Engineer, you will partner closely with clients to design, build, release, and evolve software products and digital experiences. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and product design, helping translate strategic intent into actionable solutions.

• Utilize modern, AI-enabled approaches throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. AI will be integrated into our processes to accelerate learning and improve quality.
• Facilitate collaboration between business needs, technical architecture, and creative elements, ensuring products are both usable and competitive.
• Leverage playbooks for domain modeling, design specifications, and continuous delivery to help teams navigate ambiguity and turn complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams within Accenture to drive innovation and deliver solutions that meet real business needs.

Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of work experience;
  Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of work experience is also acceptable.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in a professional agile team.
• A minimum of 2 years as a product owner or business analyst, focusing on breaking down epics into user stories and managing a value‑driven backlog.
• At least 1 year of experience in:
  • Leading small‑scale design workshops (Domain Driven Design, Event Storming, Design Thinking).
  • Developing a Strategic Domain model that aligns products with strategic objectives.
  • Guiding teams to translate vision into goals and features while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and team members.
  • Presenting product management and agile methodologies to stakeholders.
  • Aligning the Enterprise Domain Model with functional and process execution.

• Familiarity with various agile frameworks and tools (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Trello).
• Experience with Agentic AI in professional tasks.
• Expertise in defining product visions for AI-native solutions.
• Capability in establishing success metrics for AI products.
• Background in innovative workshop design and facilitation.
• Experience with creating backlogs for strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design.
• Understanding of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in modern architecture patterns like API and Event Driven Architectures.
• Knowledge in Behavior Driven Development/Test Driven Development, including Gherkin for specifications.
• Experience in refining product strategy throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Awareness of go‑live operational requirements, with ongoing operational experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
