Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group training sessions via Zoom to assist with Learning Management System (LMS) integrations.
- Develop a strong understanding of McGraw Hills digital products, including Connect, SIMnet, and ALEKS.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the integration process for both new and returning customers to ensure a smooth experience.
- Promptly follow up on meetings and resolve customer inquiries related to product integration.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Familiarity with McGraw Hill courseware solutions like Connect, ALEKS, and SIMnet.
- Experience with major LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, or Moodle.
- 1-2 years experience in customer success or software implementation, preferably in higher education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to support users with varying technical backgrounds.
