Description
Summary: The Business Analyst 3 provides advanced support for assigned business process and/or system within a business unit.
OverviewWe are seeking a skilled System Administrator (Business Analyst
3) to manage and support Debt Manager and other default/risk systems. This role is critical to ensuring system stability, operational efficiency, and successful project execution across our credit and risk platforms.
Must be available to support production issues, scheduled maintenance, and project-related activities during evenings or weekends as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities- System Configuration & Maintenance: Configure, maintain, and support production environments for Debt Manager and related risk systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Production Support: Provide timely resolution for system issues, including root cause analysis and preventive measures. Support business continuity through proactive monitoring and incident response.
- Project Execution & Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and configuration improvements that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Cross-Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, vendors, reporting teams, and project managers to align system capabilities with business and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience.
- High School diploma with 9 years of experience in a related field may be considered.
- Experience administering default management or risk systems (e.g., Debt Manager).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced analytical and mathematical skills.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
