As a Content Design Manager within PNC’s Retail organization, you will support the Digital team and be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Columbus, OH, and Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities
  • Support content creation and be a subject matter expert, working closely with other content designers and experience designers to apply your content design skills to an established product.
  • Identify problems and craft creative content solutions that educate and empower users.
  • Collaborate with other content designers to maintain and deliver content guidelines that provide consistent language and labeling across a range of touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with research partners and others to test and get feedback on content and experiences.
  • Help shape the role of content in the design process, and partner with product managers for legal, risk and compliance reviews.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1‑2 years working in UX with foundational understanding of best practices and principles.
  • Experience working on user journeys (happy paths, sad paths, error states, etc.).
  • An online portfolio, writing samples or published work.
  • Experience in or an understanding of agile development processes.
Job Description
  • Lead content vision and strategy for digital experiences in partnership with design, product management, and technology leaders.
  • Oversee strategy on delivering an engaging, consistent, and accessible experience to our audiences.
  • Lead creative and holistic thinking across diverse product releases, platforms, and devices.
  • Deliver a UX content vision, along with a plan for evolutionary, iterative updates that implements the larger vision over time.
  • Lead UX content design reviews and review deliverables from content designers.
  • Mentor and develop leaders among the team.
  • Advise on strategy for integrating writing and content strategy into the digital product development process in partnership with design, product management, and technology leaders.
