Sr IT Analyst

Position

Sr. IT Analyst – Full Time Permanent. Salary: $96,600–$144,900 plus 8% annual bonus. Way of Work:
Hybrid – 3 days in office.

Location:

Columbus, OH (Preferred) or Merrillville, IN.

• Build interactive Power BI reports and dashboards with clear visuals, accessible navigation, efficient DAX measures, data modeling, and data transformations.
• Ensure data accuracy through unit tests, reconciliation, and peer reviews.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, using presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories.
• Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and communicate trends.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the application domain, including business processes, data flows, systems architecture, and integration points.
• Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in fields related to data engineering, business intelligence (visualization/dashboard/reporting), data science, data analysis, or business analysis with Power BI
• 2+ years of experience with continuous improvement processes
• 2+ years of experience with Share Point
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with DAX, data modeling, dashboard publishing, and data transformation API integration from various data sources
• Prior experience with Power Automate
• Experience utilizing SQL or other data extraction languages
