Role Name - AI Engineer Lead

- Job Description:

AI Engineer to assist with setting up AI Office/CoE by defining the AI strategy, frameworks, and governance for AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Defining "AI in Engineering" Strategy and AI Adoption roadmap
- Define AI architecture strategy and capability roadmap aligned to enterprise technology strategy (cloud, data, security, integration).
- Establish reference architectures and patterns for common AI use cases;
Architecting and deploying scalable and composable AI frameworks
- Establishes AI standards, risk controls including best practice and guardrails
- Enabling cross disciplinary teams to develop AI solutions for various business and technology use-cases
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand and fulfill the AI needs of the organization

Required

Skills & Experience:

- Experience designing and guiding enterprise-grade AI solutions and standard patterns
- Experience establishing architecture standards, reference architectures, and technical guardrails across multiple teams
- Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and tools for experiment tracking, model deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Hands-on experience working with Cursor and Claude Code
- Strong knowledge of aws cloud AI services
