DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes
• Support cloud-based or on-prem infrastructure to ensure uptime and scalability
• Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reliability
• Optimize system performance for a high-traffic eCommerce environment
• Identify and implement improvements in monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed

• 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles
• Hands‑on experience with Jenkins (CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Experience supporting high‑traffic or eCommerce platforms preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc.) is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
