Program Manager

We are hiring for a senior-level Project Management professional with strong experience in Digital Banking & Enterprise Transformation. Role:
Program Manager Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite

Experience:

10+ Years

• Lead complex Commercial Banking Digital programs and roadmap initiatives
• Manage Agile & Waterfall delivery across multiple scrum teams
• Drive project planning, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and execution
• Handle stakeholder communication, vendor coordination, risk management, and dependency tracking
• Collaborate with PMO, business teams, and technology groups for successful delivery

• Strong experience in Digital Banking Products & Services
• 10+ years in Program/Project Management
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies
• Banking/Financial Services domain expertise
• Systems Integration & IT Operations understanding
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• MS Project
• Visio
• MS Office
