Do not submit candidates without this experience:
- Experience managing large projects and managing work streams in both IT and the business
- Must have experience working with a government Vital Statistics department and be familiar with the business processes and IT applications associated with all types of Vital Events.
- Experience and understanding with the Ohio Local Health Departments' role in providing birth and death certificates to Ohio citizens
- Experience collecting and managing Public Health data from State of Ohio agencies via the Innovation Ohio Platform (IOP)
- Experience with various APIs to/from the IOP platform (e.g., Mulesoft)
- Strong communication skills especially with executive leadership
- Strong PM skills including project planning, risk management, vendor management and executive status reporting
