Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineering - SAS - Advanced professional to join our team supporting large-scale, multi-platform environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expert-level SAS design and development skills, leadership in Agile delivery, and the ability to coach teams and influence technology direction across a firm-wide landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize SAS solutions for complex, large-scale programs across multiple operating systems and infrastructures.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle using a modern engineering toolset.
• Lead or coach Agile teams, foster Agile practices, and promote delivery excellence.
• Implement and advocate for CI/CD, TDD, cloud-first development, resiliency, and security-by-design.
• Serve as a subject matter resource across projects, guiding standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends and recommend pragmatic adoption to meet business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Expertise in SAS design, development, and optimization in enterprise environments.
• Experience operating across heterogeneous infrastructures and operating systems at scale.
• Proficiency with the software development lifecycle and modern engineering tool chains.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test-Driven Development, cloud development, resiliency, and application security.
• Proven coaching or mentorship in at least one technical discipline.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Recognition as a leader in Agile frameworks and enterprise delivery.
• Thought leadership through speaking or writing about technology trends and their business application.
