You Are

As a Technical Architect with the Service Now Business Group you are an experienced innovator of new applications in Service Now. You can architect system solutions with Service Now and describe the solution with ease.

* You're willing to roll up your sleeves to develop new solutions for our clients

* Experienced advisor to the C-Suite, crafting the best solutions to meet their business needs.

* Provide leadership oversight on critical Service Now programs at Fortune 500 clients.

* You are a continuous learner, taking advantage of new learning opportunities. You take time to seek out information about new applications in Service Now and stay up to date on the latest offerings.

* Able to identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the Service Now account teams to progress

The Work

* Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.

* Technical Architects can expect to manage and lead teams of Service Now Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity.

* You are someone that is process oriented and prefers order over chaos.

* You are comfortability asking for help from peers and Subject Matter Experts when needed.

* Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies

* Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Qualification

Here's What You Need:

* Minimum 10 years' experience working with Service Now in a Technical Architecture, Lead Engineer, or equivalent senior technical role, with demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end solution design.

* Minimum 8 years' experience driving enterprise IT transformation and platform strategy, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment.

* Minimum 6 years' experience leading and mentoring Service Now Developers and/or Technical Architects, including responsibility for technical direction, coaching, and quality outcomes.

* Minimum 6 years' hands‑on experience establishing and enforcing architectural and engineering standards, including code reviews, design reviews, and platform governance.

* Minimum 6 years' experience with advanced scripting and development on the Service Now platform, including JavaScript and platform APIs (SQL experience preferred).

* Minimum 6 years' experience delivering solutions in Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid/Wagile environments).

* Minimum of 3 Service Now certifications:
System Administrator/CSA (required), Application Developer/CAD (required), CIS - ITSM or equivalent domain certification (preferred)

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 12 years total work experience);

if Associate's degree, minimum 6 years additional relevant work experience.
