Description
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and optimization of digital arrival and pre‑arrival experiences across our patient ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of digital experience, clinical operations, revenue cycle, and patient engagement, supporting innovation initiatives within the Women’s Center and broader enterprise digital programs.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of independent, outcome‑driven delivery experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams from concept through testing, launch, and post‑production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Arrival & Pre‑Arrival Experience
Lead requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and solution design for pre‑arrival workflows including eCheck‑In, questionnaires, patient outreach, and digital welcome/visitor management.
Support and refine “Arrival Work” within Service Now, including story card creation, backlog refinement, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with clinical, operational, and digital teams to operationalize and streamline the arrival process, including proof‑of‑concept testing in onsite sandbox environments.
Product Ownership & Delivery Leadership
Serve as the Technical Product Owner guiding teams through the full continuum: design → build → testing → delivery → post‑launch monitoring.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Build and maintain product backlogs, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with strategic outcomes.
Collaborate closely with architecture, user experience, customer experience, and revenue cycle teams to ensure solutions are scalable and integrated.
Business Analysis & Documentation
Document current‑state and future‑state workflows, data flows, and system interactions.
Track work progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Produce high‑quality artifacts including story cards, acceptance criteria, design documents, and testing plans.
Support testing cycles, including onsite validation for proof‑of‑concept and sandbox environments.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Build strong relationships with clinical, operational, and technical partners.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and transparency.
Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and vendor partners (including Epic teams when applicable).
Required Experience & Skills
10+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Delivery Lead, or similar role.
Proven experience delivering digital experiences in healthcare or similarly complex environments.
Experience with Epic applications (highly preferred).
Strong understanding of patient experience, customer experience, and digital engagement workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, drive outcomes, and manage complex initiatives.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Experience with Service Now, including story card creation and workflow tracking.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and related collaboration tools.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including onsite testing and validation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Women’s Health or patient‑facing innovation initiatives.
Familiarity with visitor management, digital check‑in, or arrival automation technologies.
Background in architecture alignment, UX collaboration, or revenue cycle workflows.
Work Environment
Hybrid role with required onsite presence for testing, proof‑of‑concept validation, and collaboration with clinical teams.
