Technical Business Analyst

Overview

As the Staff IT Analyst II, you’ll lead requirements discovery and definition for complex initiatives that integrate multiple systems, applications, and data sources. You’ll partner with IT, Product, and Business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document end-to-end functional and non-functional requirements; map current and future state workflows across systems; and identify data, interface, security, and dependency impacts needed to deliver the desired outcomes.

You’ll facilitate working sessions to clarify scope, assumptions, constraints, and acceptance criteria, and translate stakeholder needs into clear artifacts (e.g., epics, features, user stories, process flows, and integration requirements) that enable delivery teams to design, build, and implement solutions successfully.

• 5+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in integration analysis across systems and applications, including interface/API and data flow analysis, dependency identification, and translating cross-system impacts into clear functional and non-functional requirements
