The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking an Information Technology Manager 1 to supervise IT support staff, manage daily workflow, and oversee Service Now service desk processes. The ideal candidate will have 8 1/2 years of experience in IT, including 18 months of project management experience, and a strong understanding of computer systems analysis and design, database concepts, and computer programming languages.

- Handle advanced escalations
- Coordinate coverage
- Provide coaching and support professional development
- Assist in hiring and onboarding
- Analyze user needs and assist with system updates
8 1/2 years of experience in IT, including 18 months of project management experience, and a strong understanding of computer systems analysis and design, database concepts, and computer programming languages.
