Learning and Development Coordinator

6-Month Contract with Potential to Extend

Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio

• Support the administration, configuration, and optimization of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms to enhance learning and development initiatives
• Manage day-to-day LMS operations including course setup, configuration, validation, user assignments, and data management
• Maintain system reporting and provide stakeholders with accurate and timely learning data
• Identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of technical system issues through collaboration with vendors, business teams, and IT partners
• Support platform enhancements and system improvements by translating business needs into functional solutions
• Maintain data integrity, user guides, process documentation, and operational workflows related to the LMS environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, HR, or a related field
• 1-2+ years of experience in HR support, HRIS administration, LMS support, CRM/Salesforce administration, or other systems-focused roles
• Experience building, uploading, or maintaining content within a Learning Management System (LMS)
• Hands-on experience with LMS, CRM, HRIS, or other enterprise systems
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone or Meridian preferred
• Strong attention to detail with experience in data management, system configuration, or platform administration
• Experience working with vendors, IT teams, or technical stakeholders
• Exposure to reporting tools, data analysis, or system administration
• Familiarity with system operations, program administration, or platform-based workflows
