As a Product Delivery Manager in CCB, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with Product, Technology, Design, and Operations teams to deliver outcomes through an agile model. Strong program/project management experience, technical understanding, and comfort with emerging technologies – including AI – are key.
Job Responsibilities- Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Lead and govern complex initiatives across the full product life cycle—from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring business outcomes, KPIs, and alignment with product vision, strategy, and roadmap are achieved.
- Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers, Area Product Owners, and the Product Quad, building strong relationships across Technology, Operations, Risk/Controls, and co-suppliers.
- Translate strategy into execution by developing clear delivery plans covering scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success measures, while managing cross-team dependencies from intake through completion.
- Proactively identify and resolve blockers, drive structured problem-solving, and coordinate with partner teams to remove obstacles that slow delivery.
- Leverage data, analytics, and tools (Jira/Jira Align or similar) to monitor progress, manage risk, and drive informed decision-making; apply AI-enabled tools and automation where appropriate to streamline planning, reporting, and communication.
- Create and deliver high-quality program documentation and executive-ready presentations, including status updates, RAID logs, decision records, and governance forum materials.

- 5 plus years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Cross-functional expertise balancing competing needs across Product, Technology, Operations, and Risk/Controls while maintaining quality and stakeholder confidence.
