As a Service Now Business Analyst, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the Service Now platform. You will ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
- Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
- Serve as the single point of contact for all sprint work for other BAs/BPCs on the team
- Help to direct more junior members of the team
- Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies
- Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the Service Now platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple Service Now suites in addition to ITSM
- Ability to discuss business requirements on integrations between Service Now and third‑party tools
- Certified System Administrator preferred
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
- Strong presentation skills

- Strong customer service skills
- Self‑starter
- Ability to travel at least 25%
$145,000 - $160,000 a year
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On‑Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
