Hybrid schedule: work in Columbus, OH, Des Moines, IA, or Scottsdale, AZ office 2 days per week; remote internal associates may also be considered.
RoleAs a Cyber Technology Risk Professional, you’ll assess technology controls, identify risks, and help strengthen the organization’s risk posture.
Key Responsibilities- Test multiple technology infrastructure, operations, and security controls for multiple applications concurrently.
- Apply critical thinking and analysis to independently execute control testing and document results, adhering to professional and internal standards.
- Identify and document deviations and exceptions in testing results while assessing risk criticality and impact.
- Participate and lead innovation and automation initiatives for team uplift and process efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal clients and business entities.
- Provide feedback to team members through verbal and written comments.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- MS Office Suite, SharePoint, SQL, Power Shell, Power Apps + BI, Python, Git Hub, Archer, Glean, Co Pilot
- Strong foundational understanding of Technology Audit concepts, knowledge of controls, mitigation strategies, and risk management.
- Familiarity with Model Audit Rule (MAR), Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI), Personal Identifiable Information (PII), HIPAA, COSO, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001 frameworks.
Undergraduate studies in cyber security, management information systems, engineering, mathematics, computer science, data analytics or comparable experience and education strongly preferred. Graduate studies in cyber security, computer science or related field a plus.
Certifications- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or another cyber certification preferred.
Typically, three years of experience in one or more information risk management capabilities and/or information audit systems, and three years of experience in technology.
CompensationNational salary range for Specialist, Cyber Technology Risk Professional: $95,500.00–$.
