Position OverviewiP-Plus Consulting is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer 6 to support an upcoming Federal cybersecurity technology program responsible for securing enterprise infrastructure and mission systems within a large federal operational environment.
This role focuses on engineering and sustainment of insider threat detection and monitoring platforms that support enterprise cybersecurity operations and threat detection capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Insider Threat monitoring platforms.
- Support configuration and sustainment of Innerview Insider Threat solutions.
- Monitor and analyze user activity data to identify potential insider threat indicators.
- Develop detection rules and monitoring workflows supporting insider threat analysis.
- Maintain system integrations between insider threat platforms and enterprise cybersecurity tools.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance.
- Develop dashboards and reports supporting threat monitoring and incident response.
- Assist with incident investigations involving insider threat activities.
- Maintain documentation, system configuration guides, and operational procedures.
- Seven (7) years of relevant IT or cybersecurity experience.
- Must be eligible for IT Level I access.
- Must meet DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level III certification requirements.
- Innerview Administrator certification.
- Minimum four (4) years of experience maintaining Insider Threat solutions in a DoD environment.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Employment is expected to begin upon successful award and funding of the program.
