The Branch Channel Analytics organization empowers front-line sales teams by harnessing data, insights, and artificial intelligence to drive effectiveness and impact. The Analytic Strategy & Execution team drives strategic initiatives to optimize how our sales teams engage with our clients, staffing headcount, sales products. This role will drive how to design and implement human-centric AI/ML solutions to drive innovation for our sales teams.

You'll partner closely with product, engineering, HR, and branch leadership to drive measurable impact at enterprise scale in a highly cross functional environment.

* + Own the end-to-end design and delivery of analytics and AI/ML solutions that drive measurable value for Sales.

+ Translate business problems into clear hypotheses, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps across strategic initiatives.

** Branch staffing & headcount:
** build staffing/capacity analytics and AI/ML-enabled planning recommendations.

+ Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Tech, and Data to identify opportunities and align on success metrics.

+ Use testing and measurement (A/B tests, pilots, KPI tracking) to quantify impact and iterate quickly.
