SOLU is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to independently lead requirements analysis for moderately complex initiatives while supporting larger enterprise efforts. This role partners with business and technical teams to facilitate stakeholder discussions, document business needs, create workflows and visual documentation, maintain requirements traceability, and ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for delivery.

• Lead requirements discovery and analysis for moderately complex projects, enhancements, and system changes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, Product Owners, technical teams, QA, and other project participants.
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps, dependencies, risks, and impacts.
• Create business process models, workflows, and visual documentation using formal methodologies such as BPMN when appropriate.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear business, functional, stakeholder, non-functional, reporting, and acceptance criteria requirements.
• Ensure requirements are well-defined, testable, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) for assigned initiatives.
• Assess impacts across systems, operations, reporting, training, and other business functions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, developers, QA teams, OCM/training teams, and business stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Break down larger requirements into actionable work items for development and testing teams.
• Communicate requirements, analysis findings, risks, decisions, and open issues to stakeholders and project teams.
• Promote and support consistent use of business analysis standards, templates, and documentation practices.

• Required 9 Years - Experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development environment using Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
• Required 9 Years - Strong understanding of Agile principles, backlog refinement, and user story lifecycle management.
• Required 9 Years - Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Required 9 Years - Ability to create detailed documentation and visual artifacts to support development efforts.
• Required 9 Years - Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart or other diagramming software.
