Mid‑level role overseeing daily data center operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and leading a cross‑functional technical team.

• Manage daily data center operations, ensuring all team priorities directly align with broader company objectives.
• Communicate clear priorities and facilitate seamless operational hand‑offs to oncoming shift leads.
• Collaborate globally to identify, resolve, and engineer solutions for computing and network architecture.
• Manage internal project implementation while hiring, coaching, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Demonstrate ability to implement and drive a strict safety culture on‑site while fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
• 5 years of experience managing technical, vendor, contract management, or delivery teams.
• Ability to work non‑standard hours, including weekends, nights, holidays, and shift‑based schedules.
• Experience working in data center environments, including building and operating infrastructure and network and compute architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.

• Experience with initiating and executing initiatives in a global environment.
• Track record of leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.

US: $138,000 – $201,000 per year + 15% bonus target + additional bonus + equity + benefits.
