Responsibilities
- Answer IT support calls to support ODOT users across the state on technical issues.
- Assist on‑site ODOT users with technical issues.
- Troubleshoot Level 1 and early Level 2 type issues.
6 months combined work experience in any combination of computers, electronics, or telecommunications performing routine analysis, programming, installation, maintenance, and/or systems support, solving problems with pre‑determined methods on basic hardware or software, including experience providing customer support; OR 2 courses in computer science or information systems; OR equivalent minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
