Position SummaryThe Endpoint Administrator will provide ongoing support for endpoint deployments and security patching across hybrid environments, working with the Infrastructure team to automate and improve maintenance and configuration.
Essential Functions- Engage in continuous learning to leverage endpoint delivery skills while evolving the skill set to enhance the client experience.
- Share critical knowledge and challenge colleagues to improve the overall firm technology experience.
- Occasional travel to other offices to perform defined operational duties.
- Digest, follow, and advise users on established firm security and privacy standards and protocols.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred and/or comparable work experience and certifications. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience with applications, configuration, and Microsoft Windows, iOS, and Android device management/deployment/configuration. Experience with MDM platforms, Windows delivery models, SCCM/Intune packaging, and application delivery is required. Knowledge of legal applications is a plus. Candidates should also be familiar with the Microsoft App ecosystem, basic security best practices, and security frameworks such as NIST/ISO.
A baseline understanding of systems, networking, security, and hardware is essential. Strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to evaluate and validate user requests, and a customer‑service attitude are required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
