Data Analyst - Identity and Access Management

10 is currently seeking a Data Analyst - Identity and Access Management for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations team is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Data & Automation team. This role will focus on analyzing identity data, delivering actionable insights, and building scalable automation and reporting solutions using low-code/no-code platforms. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically curious, and experienced in working with large datasets, developing dashboards, and automating workflows within an agile model.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex identity and access datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and risk indicators
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights to support IAM operational decision-making
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across multiple systems and sources
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Create user-friendly visualizations to communicate key IAM metrics, KPIs, and compliance data
• Build workflow automations using Power Automate and Power Apps and develop low-code applications to streamline IAM operational processes
• Connect to and extract data from various structured data sources (e.g., databases, APIs, enterprise systems)
• Work from a Jira backlog, managing assigned stories and tasks in an agile framework
• Partner with IAM operations, engineering, and risk teams to understand data needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

• 4 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, Power BI, and Power Automate
• Experience with large data sets, data analytics, and data manipulation
• Experience writing business cases
• Experience in a large financial services or other regulated industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desired skills:

• Experience with Jira
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
