Overview

User Access Administration (UAA) Information Security Analyst is responsible for managing and governing user access across multiple applications and systems while ensuring compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and access management controls. This role supports access provisioning, troubleshooting, incident resolution, process improvement, and identity governance initiatives while serving as a key liaison between Information Security, Technology, and business teams.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain user access across enterprise applications, ensuring appropriate access levels and compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit controls.
  • Monitor and manage access request and incident queues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of requests and issues.
  • Support user lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, terminations, and periodic access certifications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to employees, contractors, and business partners regarding access management requests and issues.
  • Troubleshoot access-related incidents and collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Participate in access governance activities, including role-based access controls (RBAC), least-privilege principles, segregation of duties (SoD), and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to define and implement appropriate access controls.
  • Support ongoing improvements to access management processes, including automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Participate in testing and implementation activities related to identity management systems, ticketing platforms, application upgrades, and infrastructure changes.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss access requirements, approvals, and remediation activities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for access-related issues and participate in after-hours on-call support as required.
  • Ensure adherence to Information Security policies, standards, risk management practices, and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in User Access Administration, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Information Security, or related IT support roles.
  • Understanding of access management concepts, including:
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Least Privilege Access
    • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
    • SOX and regulatory compliance controls
    • Identity Governance principles
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, One Note, and Teams.
  • Exposure to identity and access management tools such as:
    • Sail Point
    • Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
    • Service Now
    • Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1–2+ years of User Access Administration or Identity & Access Management experience.
  • Experience administering access across multiple enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard IAM and security tools, including SailPoint, Cyber Ark, Delinea, Radiant Logic, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Service Now.
  • Experience with access reviews, certification campaigns, risk assessments, and audit support activities.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service levels and compliance standards.
