Lead Business Analyst

This is a hybrid position. Will need to work 3 days a week in offices located in Columbus, OH

• Will partner with G2O and Client Development teams, Technical, UX and Data Leads, serving as the primary bridge between complex business needs and technical solutions. They are the owner of feature prioritization, deriving and distilling information from higher level roadmaps.
• Key strategic leader within the team. By applying their knowledge of their client’s business and industry trends and best practices, they elevate our overall solutions. They proactively identify and concisely communicate potential risks or undesired collisions of experiential requirements.
• Key responsibilities include expert requirements elicitation, process analysis focused on customer journey mapping, defining detailed system specifications, coordinating cross-functional project activities, sprint testing, assist with UAT, and ensuring the final solution delivers a seamless, compliant, and optimized digital experience.

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of business systems and processes.
• Expertly elicit, analyze, and document complex business needs and technical requirements from stakeholders across various lines of business.
• Define and design end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring best-in-class digital experience while maintaining strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Translate business and customer journey requirements into user stories, technical stories, and acceptance criteria for configurations and integrations.
• Analyze and optimize current state account origination workflows and systems to identify gaps and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure the technical design and implementation accurately reflects the business requirements.
• Lead and troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues within client platforms, facilitate timely resolution, and provide ongoing support to ensure system effectiveness and adoption.
• Lead the Sprint Testing, SIT and UAT effort.
• Collaborate with training teams or directly create user manuals, and instructional materials focused on the new account origination system for end-users and operational teams.

• Deep understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle for various client products and the associated regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Experience with CRM and AI is a big plus.
• Strong ability to analyze complex data, understand system logic, and leverage data modeling tools to define system architecture and reporting needs.
• Demonstrated success in leading, facilitating large group discussions, communicating effectively across all business and technical levels, and driving cross-functional consensus.
• Aptitude for identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex business and system challenges specific to digital customer journeys and back-office integration.
• Proficiency in tools relevant to business analysis and project management (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Confluence, Visio) and familiarity with database concepts (e.g., SQL).
• A solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, and 10+ years of progressive experience in business analysis and IT systems are typically required.
