We are partnering with a leading energy and utilities organization undergoing a large-scale SAP transformation initiative focused on modernizing customer service and Meter‑to‑Cash operations through SAP S/4

HANA and SAP Service Cloud solutions.

• Collaborate on end-to-end SAP solution delivery for Meter-to-Cash (M2C) and Customer Service processes, including SAP S/4
  
  HANA Utilities and SAP Service Cloud.
• Oversee the design, configuration, customization, and integration of SAP applications to meet business requirements in partnership with internal and third‑party teams.
• Oversee SAP-specific RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) development activities and ensure alignment with overall program requirements.
• Guide unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and performance testing efforts while ensuring documentation is maintained in tools such as Jira and qTest.
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party service providers to ensure timely delivery and successful integration of SAP solutions.
• Support deployment, cutover, hypercare, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
• Ensure SAP security roles, access models, and compliance requirements are designed, implemented, and tested according to organizational policies and SAP best practices.
• Drive SAP Dev Sec Ops  practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code quality standards, security scanning, and unit test coverage.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and business work streams to ensure seamless integration with SAP and non‑SAP platforms.
• Establish SAP monitoring processes including error handling, performance monitoring, and operational support procedures.
• Participate in program governance, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution activities.

• 7+ years of SAP solution delivery experience, including design, configuration, development, and integration.
• Strong expertise with SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Service Cloud, ABAP, SAP BTP, and related SAP technologies.
• Experience implementing SAP solutions within large, complex, multi‑vendor enterprise environments.
• Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, RESTful APIs, middleware platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP security models, SAP GRC Access Control, Dev Sec Ops  practices, CI/CD pipelines, and SAP testing methodologies.
• Experience working with Jira, qTest, Agile delivery frameworks, and test management tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).

• SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Associate or SAP Certified Professional.
• Experience with in the utility or energy industry.
• Knowledge of Mule Soft, API architecture, IAM tools, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, and AI‑powered SAP technologies.
• Experience with enterprise data migration, master data management, and SAP change management initiatives.
