IT Specialist (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an IT Specialist who can own, optimize, and elevate our IT operations across both cloud and on-prem environments.
What You’ll DoAs a key member of the IT team, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems secure, reliable, and running at peak performance:
Advanced IT Support & Operations- Deliver Tier 2/3 support across devices, platforms, and applications
- Lead onboarding/offboarding processes (devices, access, provisioning)
- Troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, mobile, and enterprise tools
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra , Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune, Defender)
- Strengthen identity, access, and security (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Drive compliance, endpoint security, and policy enforcement
- Support audits aligned with SOC 2 / ISO 27001
- Maintain servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms
- Support Windows & Linux environments
- Manage core services (DNS, DHCP, NTP, certificates)
- Own backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring systems
- Oversee IT asset inventory across hardware and software
- Track lifecycle from procurement to deployment to retirement
- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and secure disposal
- Apply best practices in system hardening and vulnerability management
- Support incident response and risk assessments
- Identify automation and efficiency opportunities
- 5+ years in IT operations, systems, or infrastructure roles
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Experience with virtualization and on-prem environments
- Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Intune / modern endpoint management
- VMware, Windows Server, Linux administration
- Backup & disaster recovery tools
- Exposure to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks
- Certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Infrastructure, Security)
- Ownership mindset & attention to detail
- Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with a user‑first approach
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Hands‑on role with on‑site responsibilities
- Access to enterprise infrastructure & data center environments
- Occasional after‑hours/on‑call support
