Senior Sales Executive; SLG

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Reseller Sales Executive to lead our State and Local Government (FSLG) vertical. You’ll be responsible for expanding our presence across agencies and municipalities, driving new business, and delivering high-impact IT solutions that meet compliance and operational mandates.

• Develop and execute sales plans targeting SLG agencies across Ohio
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Customize messaging and presentations for SLG decision-makers
• Align with internal technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Maintain light CRM records and meet quarterly sales targets
• Leverage vendor programs and MDF to maximize outreach

• 3+ years of experience selling IT solutions to state and local government agencies
• Strong understanding of public sector procurement, compliance (e.g., HB 96, NIST, HIPAA), and funding cycles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• History of working closely with GSA and State of Ohio contracting authority, capable of developing new agreements and managing existing
• Familiarity with vendors such as Cisco, Sentinel One, Digital WD, Axis, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
