Accenture is looking for an experienced Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) / Customer Cloud Service (CCS) Functional Lead in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, you will guide design, configuration, testing, and delivery of market transaction processes within Oracle Utilities implementations.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B or CCS, strong expertise in the Market Transaction Framework (MTF), and be capable of bridging business needs with technical solutions. This position may require travel depending on business needs.
