Job Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing financial technology company that delivers advanced payment solutions to enterprise merchants across multiple industries. The role offers exposure to emerging technologies, enterprise‑scale payment environments, and direct collaboration with engineering and executive leadership.
Responsibilities- Step into a highly visible leadership role within an innovative product organization.
- Help shape the future direction of the platform while leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product managers and product owners.
- Lead product strategy, feature development, and product enhancements for established products in the market.
- Partner closely with engineering, solutions and executive leadership to drive innovation.
- Engage enterprise customers, industry partners, and trade shows to identify market opportunities and emerging technologies.
- Provide direct collaboration with engineering and executive leadership to drive product innovation across the organization.
- 10+ years of product management leadership experience within payments or payment‑technology environments.
- Deep understanding of payment gateways, processing ecosystems, and merchant transaction flows.
- Strong knowledge of competitive payment technologies, industry trends, compliance considerations, and merchant demands.
- Proven ability to partner with engineering, solutions, and executive leadership teams.
- Experience managing and mentoring product managers and product owners in a high‑growth technology organization.
- Ability to engage directly with enterprise customers, industry partners, and trade shows.
- Familiarity with modern payment experiences including mobile payments, Android‑based middleware, pay‑at‑table solutions, business intelligence tooling, and enterprise commerce platforms.
$225,000 - $300,000 per year
LocationEast Coast preferred; role requires related collaboration and business travel.
