Senior ServiceNow QA Lead

We are seeking a senior-level Quality Assurance Specialist 4 / Testing Lead to own and drive enterprise-level testing strategies for core platform applications and enhancements.

• Work Arrangement:
  Hybrid (2 days a week in-office; subject to change)
• Interview Process: Webcam or In-Person

• Service Now Automation: Building and managing automated test suites using Service Now Test Management and ATF.
• Agile Leadership: Defining end-to-end testing strategies, managing defects, and mentoring junior QA team members.
• Upgrade & Integration Safety: Ensuring zero-downtime platform upgrades and seamless third-party system integrations.
• UAT Coordination: Bridging technical delivery with business needs by leading User Acceptance Testing with stakeholders.

• 5+ Years of QA testing experience strictly within Service Now environments.
• 5+ Years working within Agile software development teams.
• Hands‑on testing of Service Now ITSM and CRM/CSM applications.
• Direct experience utilizing Service Now Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management modules.
• Proven track record creating test strategies, managing defects, and supporting UAT
  .

• 5+ Years of experience with Service Now platform upgrades and release testing.
• 2+ Years of experience holding a Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (
  CIS
  ) credential.
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (
  CSA
  ) certification.
• Background testing complex integrations with external systems.
• Experience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, and automated pipeline practices.
