Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot systems including Microsoft Teams, Cisco telephony, Genesys, WebRTC, and fax solutions (Biscom/Right Fax).

Assist in deploying collaboration technologies, ensuring adherence to project scope, standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (local and remote) to execute project tasks, provide updates, and resolve technical issues.

Identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and system reliability while ensuring compliance with IT and security standards.

Provide technical support, process tickets, and contribute to knowledge transfer and cross-training initiatives within the team.

Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Genesys, WebRTC, and enterprise communication tools.

Understanding of virtualization and cloud environments (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and their application in collaboration systems.

Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system and application issues.

Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to support users and collaborate across teams.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies, follow evolving standards, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
